1. Acceptance
By using https://allr.io you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. These Terms are between you and Some Company LTD ("ALLR", "we", "us").
2. What ALLR is
ALLR is a motorcycle gear price-comparison service. We aggregate prices, sizes and stock availability from third-party retailers. We don't sell the gear — every Buy link takes you to the retailer's own site, where their own terms apply, and any purchase contract is between you and that retailer. The one thing we do sell directly is the optional ALLR Pro subscription, which is covered by §5 below.
3. No warranty on retailer data
We make a reasonable effort to keep prices, stock and product details current, but the data is pulled from retailers automatically and may be wrong, out of date, or missing. The retailer's checkout page is the final source of truth on price and availability. ALLR doesn't guarantee any price you see here will be honoured by the retailer.
4. Outbound retailer links
Outbound retailer links on ALLR are not affiliate links. We are not a member of any affiliate network, no retailer pays us when you click through or buy, and rankings are sorted purely by landed cost. If that changes, we will update our Affiliate Disclosure and disclose the commission at the point of every outbound link before it takes effect.
5. Paid subscriptions (ALLR Pro)
ALLR Pro is an optional monthly subscription that unlocks Fitting Room generations and lifts the free-tier limits on alerts, saved gear and garage bikes. The current price for your region is shown on the Pricing page and again on the checkout screen before you pay.
- Billing and payment. Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment processor. ALLR never receives or stores your card number. Your subscription currency is fixed at sign-up and can't be changed afterwards; to switch currency you would need to cancel and re-subscribe.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price, charged to your saved payment method, until you cancel. There is no fixed term and no cancellation fee.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your ALLR dashboard, which opens the Stripe billing portal — no email or phone call required. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account reverts to the free tier.
- Refunds. Outside the statutory rights described below, monthly charges are non-refundable and we do not refund partial months — cancelling ends future billing rather than clawing back the current period. If you were charged in error, or a Pro feature was unavailable for a meaningful part of a billing period, email legal@allr.io and we will put it right.
- Price changes. We may change the subscription price. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change affects you, and the new price only applies from your next renewal — so you can cancel first if you don't want it.
- Suspension. Pro features that call external AI services carry a monthly generation cap, shown in-app. We may throttle or suspend an account that abuses the service (see §7), with a pro-rata refund of any unused paid period if we do so without cause.
EU / UK consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the equivalent UK regulations. That right can be lost for digital services if you expressly request that performance start immediately and acknowledge that you will lose it. We do not ask you for that waiver at checkout, so it is not waived: you may withdraw within 14 days by emailing legal@allr.io. Where you have already used the service in that period we may keep an amount proportionate to what was supplied before you withdrew, and we refund the balance. If we ever add an express-consent step at checkout, this section will be updated to say so before it applies.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory consumer right you have where you live.
6. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at legal@allr.io if you think someone else has accessed it.
7. Acceptable use
Don't scrape, mirror or republish our content in bulk. Don't try to break the site, bypass rate limits, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
8. Intellectual property
Site code, design, copy and aggregated dataset are owned by ALLR. Product names, brand names, logos and images shown remain the property of the respective brands and retailers; ALLR uses them for purposes of comparison and reference under nominative fair use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALLR is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. We won't be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including any losses from acting on outdated or incorrect price/stock data.
10. Termination
You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time — email legal@allr.io or use the contact form and we'll action it (we aim to do so promptly, and within one month at the latest). If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first from your dashboard so it doesn't renew. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect when. If we make material changes we'll surface them visibly on the site, and for changes that affect an active paid subscription we'll email you before they take effect.
